About Our Client

Our client is a world-leader in the technical sector and is in full expansion.

Job Description

The (Junior) Purchaser plays a key role in managing and monitoring the procurement structure into a best-in-class procurement department.

You will report directly to the Managing Director and work closely with the Internal Sales team, Production Manager, and Team Leaders.

Tasks
  • Requesting quotes and negotiating prices with stakeholders
  • Tracking of product performance and their categories
  • Analysis and improvement of P&L
  • Analysis and optimization of supplier portfolio
  • Administrative processing and follow-up in ODOO
  • Monitoring of stock inventories
  • Development of close internal cooperation: regular participation in meetings about production and maintenance
The Successful Applicant

We Are Looking For a (Junior) Purchaser That
  • has a Bachelor or Master degree
  • has technical affinity
  • Purchasing experience in a technical environment is a plus
  • has a good knowledge of NL, FR and EN
  • can work easily with common software packages
