Junior Recruiter - A day in the life:

• After a first sip of coffee, you start off by assessing new candidates who applied the night before.
• Your internal hr-motor kicks in when you call the candidates to qualify their interest for the position and their qualifications.
• After your second cup, you make sure all the vacancies are updated on all our job-boards, you write new vacancies and post them online and on our social media platforms.
• During the afternoon you continue our eternal hunt for the best candidates by looking in every corner of the internet, database and social media for the most qualified candidates. You convince them that it’s time for a change and that you will be their guide during their next career change.

Junior Recruiter – What’s in it for you:
