To strengthen our sales teams, we are looking for a (junior) Sales person for the West Flanders region.

What will your job look like?
You will join our ambitious team at Adfinity. Adfinity is a financial and commercial management accounting software for finance managers who want to take their job and their team to the next level.
Initially, you will participate with other starters in our Sales School:
- You will receive intensive training on the IT solutions that you sell and an introduction to the sales profession.
- Then, for at least 6 months, you will work closely with a Senior Sales Representative.
- You learn the tricks of the trade on the job
- After 6 months at the earliest you will work autonomously
- During this training period you get the chance to learn a lot and to increase your existing qualities. In no time you will become a real star in this sales function.
Step by step you evolve to the following tasks:
- You prospect the market looking for new opportunities
- You will manage the entire sales cycle: analysis of the needs - demo of our applications - offer contract - contract negotiations - follow up of the launch
- After the sale, you are always in contact with the relevant colleagues within EASI in order to provide a good qualitative follow-up for your customers.
What kind of profile are we looking for?
- You have a Bachelor or Master’s degree
- You are good at cold calling
- Result oriented: commercial objectives are your motivation
- Good listening skills, problem solving and proactivity are characteristics that fit you perfectly
- You are an assertive negotiator
- Bilingualism (NL-FR) is a big plus
- A first experience of 1 to 2 years in a B2B environment is a plus
