Trasys International offers IT Consulting services at the European Institutions andInternational Organisationsallthroughout Europe.

We are looking for a Sales & Bid Officer who will actively participate in the presales process for various tenders and customers in the International Organisation sector. The function requires strong interactions with the Delivery, Sales and the Operation Divisions. In this role you contribute to the winning of offers to help our company grow within our sector . Your wide range of duties will include the following:

  • Gathering and updating administrative information for our framework contracts offers (annual accounts, legal documents, financial data...)
  • Follow up of our specific offers by coordinating, drafting and monitoring the status of commercial proposals and delivery in accordance with the request and the desired deadlines
  • Project Management Office (PMO): support the Project Managers by ensuring the administrative follow up on requests, invoicing and reporting (via CRM)
  • Sharing and follow up on contractual and financial information with the financial and delivery departments
  • Updating bid management documents necessary for the completion of offers (CV,
  • references, various presentations, etc.)
  • Providing reporting towards internal or external clients and following up of the acceptance of deliverables
  • Supports the Bids Managers and Sales teams with regards to administration.

For this role we are looking for a young potential with a strong sense of ownership, who thrives on working in a precise and detail-oriented manner to deliver qualitative work. Seniority will not make the difference but the right attitude will. Being pro-active, communicative and assertive is essential to enable a smooth collaboration with our clients and candidates.

Some other criteria that will make the difference ;

  • A bachelor degree within Office Management, Business Administration or related studies
  • A first experience in the European Institutions environment (internship, project, blue book traineeship,...)
  • You have experience with or are quick to master tools such as MS Office Suite, Sharepoint and any CRM
  • You are organised and well-prepared to keep up with a multitude of assignments, administrative information, clients and processes
  • You are assertive and stress-resistant in order to deliver qualitative results under high pressure from various stakeholders
  • Delivering a high quality service to the business and client is of critical importance to you
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (French or Dutch are considered as assets).
