Your new job
As an account manager your main responsibility is to maximize the sales of the assigned product portfolio, according to the division targets, company guidelines and regulations, in order to achieve the best results. To do so, you will need to build and maintain strong relationships with current existing retail customers. Your responsibility is also to negotiate the price, terms, conditions and marketing activities for increasing the sell in/Sell out. Your job is to develop the new retail channel to introduce products and to sell in. Therefore, you will be attending events of the company or accounts in order to represent the company, to give product information and to maintain a strong relationship with the accounts. As an account manager, you will also forecast monthly sales and manage the sales data. Your task will be to create clear sales reports (weekly, quarterly, half yearly or yearly) of the sales process. Based on the sales reports and performance indicators, you will create an action plan for each Partner in relation to the company’s objectives. Plus, you will be responsible for ensuring that the sales budget of the division is spent on focused and agreed items according to the guidelines of the company.
Your profile
The ideal candidate for this vacancy has a Bachelor’s degree or is equivalent through experience. You already have a first B2C commercial experience in selling digital display or a similar domain. You possess strong communication skills and you are results oriented. People describe you as a good negotiator and persuasive. You are a team player, but you are also able to work in an autonomous manner. Finally, you have an excellent command of Dutch and French, plus you have a good knowledge of English.
