The position is responsible for supporting the Cenexi Braine site operations (specialized in high potent products) by providing commercial management of existing customer relationships and on-site support for new customers and their business opportunities.
The position works closely with all site functions (Quality, Legal, Finance, Project Management,…). Position reports directly to the Site Director with a functional report to the Group KAM
RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Act as the key relationship for customers (existing and new) working within Cenexi Braine site and ensure a superior level of communication occurs between the parties (customer development & growth)
  • Ensure market and business intelligence for its Customers
  • The Key Account Manager (KAM) works closely and communicate with the top management
  • Cooperate with Group function Legal, Finance, Business Development and Site Operations to prepare and lead business negotiation for targeted customers ; negotiate and/or renegotiate commercial contract and renewals
  • Manage existing contract extensions and improvement
  • Provide appropriate oversight in preparation/pricing of new business proposals and business extension (including financial analysis)
  • Serve as key member of the negotiation team to execute new contracts
  • Track commercial supply agreements to ensure capture of opportunities (e.g., fees, price increases, renewals)
  • Work to implement value pricing practices

Profil requis

  • Master degree with minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations or commercial execution initiatives implementation in healthcare industries
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Strong internal and external communication and collaboration skills;
  • Capability to liaise with all levels across the organization (Legal, Business Developer, Finance, Site Director, Top Management…)
  • Outstanding ability to sell ideas along with excellent negotiation, closing and follow-up skills
  • Ability to understand technical solutions and translate into commercial revenue and benefits
  • Superior customer services skills and strong business acumen
  • Solid experience with MS Office Suite, including MS Project
  • Bilingual French/English (written & spoken)
