Job description
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs;
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities;
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market insights;
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit margins and ensure long-term partnerships;
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve any issues or concerns promptly;
  • Build-up customer intimacy.
Your profile
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in economics;
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role within the logistics industry;
  • Experience in industrial commodity is a plus;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch. French is a plus;
  • Commercially driven personality with a pit-bull mentality.
