Key Account Manager - Engineering
Job Description
As part of an internal mobility initiative, our current Key Account Manager is moving into an international role. We are now looking for a Key Account Manager to take over the management of a strategic and structured client while driving new business opportunities.
You will also play a key role in managing and supporting consultants on assignment, contributing to their career development and professional growth.
Your Responsibilities
1.Manage a strategic key account
- Act as the primary contact for a major client, ensuring regular follow-ups and efficient communication.
- Understand their needs and propose tailored solutions through our consultancy services.
- Build a long-lasting, trust-based relationship while maintaining high client satisfaction.
2.Develop new business opportunities
- Identify and prospect potential clients in technical and industrial sectors.
- Establish strong partnerships with key decision-makers (HR, technical managers, etc.).
- Present customized solutions that address the specific needs of prospective clients.
3.Support consultants on assignment
- Oversee consultants’ assignments to ensure smooth execution.
- Collaborate on personalized career plans, including training and development opportunities.
- Ensure consultants’ satisfaction and help them achieve their professional goals.
Your Profile
- A successful first experience in a commercial role, either internal or external.
- Fluency in French and English is essential.
- A genuine interest in technical fields, engineering, or technology.
- You are organized, solution-oriented, and enjoy both human interaction and commercial challenges.
