LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT

Vlerick is a school, but it is run as a company, aligned with the high standards we foster in our different programmes. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven L&D Consultantto join our Customised Executive Education department, responsible for the design and delivery of a wide portfolio of impactful B2B learning journeys.

Your Mission

• Take the lead in managing several corporate accounts. Build & maintain relationships with them, help them pinpoint their business/training needs and translate those needs into customised learning journeys.
• Design learning experiences tailored to the needs of our corporate clients.
• Coordinate and facilitate the delivery of programmes. Play an important role in representing Vlerick Business School and deliver a high-quality experience to our participants.
• Act as the single point of contact for our customers, participants & faculty.
• Support the development of proposals featuring executive education offerings.

You

• Have a master’s degree with circa 2 years of experience in L&D. International business experience/experience in an international organisation is a plus.
• Have commercial flair and the ability to understand business needs.
• Have a ‘getting things done’ attitude, combined with a mature and customer-oriented mindset.
• Are passionate about lifelong learning & development.
• Communicate fluently in English, both verbally and on paper. Dutch is a plus.
• Are flexible in terms of working hours (including some evening coordination) and location. As an L&D consultant, you will be expected to work on 3rd party locations, mainly in the Benelux, and join the team in Ghent on a regular basis. Next to that you are free to combine working at home with working on one of our beautiful campuses in Ghent and Brussels.
