We are currently recruiting for a Lead Marketing Operation Specialists (MOS) Benelux. The Lead MOS leads the Marketing Operation Specialists team, who are responsible for the program and project management of the Janssen-Cilag Benelux marketing & medical communication strategy for (an) allocated (sub) therapeutic area(s) in close collaboration with the material owners (Medical, Sales and Marketing (MSM)).
Core Responsibilities:
People leadership:
- Train, coach and develop direct reports
- Build and develop one harmonized Benelux team of professionals
- Define clear objectives for direct reports to deliver TA related asset execution
- Review performance of direct reports and coach them to continually improve their performance in their key competence areas (project management, process expertise, mastering complexity, accountability, networking, partnering)
- Lead effective forecast & succession planning for the team
- Ensure Credo values are demonstrated in the day-to-day interactions
Internal & external stakeholder focus & management
- Role model in stakeholder focus and management
- Build a strong internal & external stakeholder network in order to collaborate constructively and manage expectations:
- Take proactive actions to ensure that the MOS function is a valued partner of the marketing, sales and medical teams through effective and impactful communication and participation in management meetings
- Manage the portfolio of suppliers that are involved in omnichannel asset creation (creative agencies, print management, direct mail handling, …)
- Connect regularly with the internal teams responsible for omnichannel updates (BI, IT, Digital) to align on roll-out of new processes in terms of omnichannel campaign creation and impact on MOS Team & agencies.
- Take proactive actions to ensure that the MOS function is a valued partner of the marketing, sales and medical teams through effective and impactful communication and participation in management meetings
Marketing communication, procedures & processes
- Monitors the uptake of omnichannel and project management capabilities
- Secures that the team continuously improves standards in terms of highest quality, speed to market and cost containment translated into service level agreements.
- Secures the highest standards in capabilities and secures that these comply to the latest standards in technology, user experience, legal and compliance trends.
- Shape the operational translation of the marketing communication-strategy for (an) allocated (sub) therapeutic area(s) in a close collaboration with the material owners within Medical, Sales and Marketing (MSM), based upon tactical planning
- Continuously update knowledge of all internal quality and compliance procedures and processes conforming to developing Products, Services & Solutions and materials/asset development for marketing, medical, regulatory, patient & corporate
- Responsible for enabling reports in analysing and monitoring of KPI’s (Strong analytical & monitoring skills needed)
Qualifications
General:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferable a higher/university degree in (commercial) economics, engineering or information technology
- Experienced (digital) marketeer, who has in-depth knowledge and experience of how to develop off- and online assets for our omnichannel campaigns
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Must exhibit behaviours aligned to the J&J Global Leadership Profile including but not limited to integrity credo based actions, collaboration and teamwork, sense of urgency, results driven and people development
- This position is an office-based function and needs presence on both locations in Belgium and the Netherlands
Specific:
- Experience (1-3 years) in people management and leadership skills including training & coaching of direct reports
- Strong internal leadership capabilities on relevant levels of the organisation (informal lead)
- Experience (1-3 years) in leading external suppliers and interact with them as partners.
- Understand the health care system, structure, market dynamics and customer requirements (both B2B & B2C).
- Adaptability, self-organizing and developing in new role
- Result driven
- Experience in data driven performance management
- Proven track record in project management & implementation
