To keep our business growing, CPChem is looking for a Corporate Services & Materials(CSM) & Logistics Buyer.

Are you up for an exciting challenge within our Procurement department?

Because our CSM & Logistics Buyerhas taken on a new responsibility within CPChem, we are looking for a worthy successor.

In this role, you will become responsible to define the best approach in terms of procurement strategy for the allocated categories:

• Corporate Services & Materials (HR, legal, laboratory equipment...)
• Logistics (warehouses, packaging, chemical hubs, waste, transportation equipment...)

You will lead complex procurement processes with extensive requirement specifications and/or negotiation processes.

Responsibilities include:

• project management
• contract management and negotiation
• delivery and management of procurement programs
• data collection and analysis
• ...

The location of this role is based in Tessenderlo, while including visits to the other entities in our region (mainly Diegem and Beringen).

You will report to the EA Procurement Manager.

The missing chain in our Procurement department ideally consists of the following elements:

• Master or bachelor degree in a relevant domain, or equal by education
• strong analytical and negotiation skills
• assertive communication and influencing skills
• ability to set the right priorities and manage stakeholders
• knowledge of SAP, PowerBi and other relevant software is not an unnecessary luxury
• proficiency in English is a must - Dutch is an asset, yet no hard requirement
