????MISSIONS:
The Logistics Manager is responsible for:
- Develop and implement logistics strategies and processes to optimize supply chain efficiency, minimize costs, and improve delivery performance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including factories, and customer service
- Oversee the selection and management of third-party logistics providers to ensure reliable and cost-effective transportation and warehousing services and operational flows
- Monitor and analyze logistics metrics and KPIs, such as delivery time and service level, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Analyze and forecast the logistics cost and required budget in detail
- Manage inventory control, including stock levels, replenishment, and warehouse organization, to minimize stockouts and overstock situations
- Processing and planning of co-packing activities and stock management and budget
- The customers Logistics’ claims management.
- Minimum level of education and professional experience needed:
- Degree in Logistic Management (or equivalent)
- Minimal 4 or 5 years of relevant international professional experience within complex organizations (preferably FMCG).
- Specific knowledge (foreign languages, software, technical skills):
- Fluent in English, French and NL is an important plus
- Strong experience as project manager
- String planning & organizing skills

- Supply chain management
- Stock management
- Claim management
- Financial knowhow
- Order and invoicing processes
- Knowledge of the local market: customers/retailers, wholesalers, distributors, competitors and logistic service providers
