The Purpose:

As the Zone Brewery Support Maintenance BNFL (Belgium, The Netherlands, France and Luxembourg) Expert Europe you will be responsible for the yearly ZBB Costs/ VIC Maintenance and Capex UPP cycle. Assuring correct implementation of the VPO (internal system) Maintenance Pillar by audits and visits. Continuous improvement of output by reducing breakdowns of brewing, packaging and E&F by ensuring the correct execution of Maintenance.

The role:
  • Develop Region (BNFL) Maintenance strategy, which will be aligned with Zone/Global strategy and follow up that implementation
  • Deeper assessment in maintenance execution (Maintenance PIs analysis, Breakdown Analysis, Maintenance pillar routines analysis, ... ) to identify gaps/benchmarks and define strategic actions to improve performance
  • Tracking, monitoring and improvement of the VPO Maintenance Pillar blocks, the execution must reflect in a consistent score
  • Budgeting ZBB (zero basing budgeting)/VIC Maintenance, validating One-off and champions initiatives with 3YP and 10YP and budgeting CWC spare parts in close collaboration with ZTE spare parts
  • Identifying opportunities and mapping gaps and solutions in partnership with the procurement team
  • Analysis and prioritization of investments in Assets to recover primary conditions and improve performance
  • Identify synergy between maintenance ZBB and Capex to optimize the total maintenance cost
  • Resource Utilization - Ensure that planning and scheduling routines are optimizing RU and maximizing execution.
  • Provide structured analysis to track, monitor and improve maintenance ZBB that support the LE achievement in the zone.

Who we’re looking for:
  • Master’s degree in Industrial or Civil Engineer
  • 10 years of relevant experience in production or Maintenance in an FMCG company
  • A deeper understanding of the correct execution of Maintenance
  • Packaging experience is a plus
  • Budgeting management
  • Team lead experience/stakeholder management
  • Basic knowledge of mechanics and Electrics
  • SAP is a plus
  • Languages: fluency in English is mandatory; Dutch and French is a plus
