For our client, we are looking for a management assistant. The following tasks will be carried out:
- Office work (sending parcels/documents by express mail, distribution/scanning of postal mail, ordering office supplies, kitchen supplies, events, travel via agency, business cards, stamps, flyers, etc., checking invoices related to these tasks, managing paper archives, managing the disposal of samples, point of contact with external companies working in the offices and the building manager)
- Archiving of various documents and integration of invoices in the electronic archiving system
- Administrative work on regulatory matters (archiving of documents such as permits, compilation of files and follow-up of their approval by the environmental authorities, administrative follow-up of treatment certificates) and preparation of reports (Excel data).
- Bachelor’s level
- A good sense of organisation
- Rigour, precision, dynamism, autonomy, flexibility, team spirit
- French/English
