Your Mission

As Management & Communication Officer, you support our General Manager (~40%). As part of the Group HR Team, you oversee all internal communication needs (~40%) for an international cooperation. In addition, you oversee the activities to facilitate the smooth running of our headquarter office with around 25 people (~20%).

Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the General Managers’ needs like organizing conferences, correspondence, and documentation.
  • You are in charge of purposeful internal communication (Group communication, flyers, announcements, translations, awards).
  • You contribute to the overall people focus with the Group HR & EHS Team by ensuring stakeholder perspective.
  • You strengthen the Employer Brand of our Group by realizing attractive and targeted measures.
  • You act in close alignment with the Marketing & Sales department to align to external communication and storyline.
  • You maintain and oversee existing material and orchestrate new needs.
  • You are responsible for our Headquarter Office (e. g. visitors, supplies, maintenance, communication, onboarding of new colleagues).

Your Profile

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in communication, management, or similar.
  • You have practical work experience in an international business environment, automotive / supplier preferred.
  • You have a social & well-being mindset.
  • You have a high sense of confidentiality.
  • You have outstanding organizational, coordination, and planning abilities.
  • You have excellent communication skills.
  • You have a professional knowledge in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
  • You have professional knowledge of functionalities of social media platforms and tools.
  • Employer Branding knowledge preferred
  • You have proficient command of English in spoken and written form.
  • Ability to travel (1 day/month average)
