  • Analyze: operational, procurement, supply chain, and other business processes
  • Assess potential risks linked to the core processes of the client
  • Design & implement continuous improvement to achieve operational excellence
  • Advise on strategies to help our clients achieve their goals within the area of sustainability and circular economy
  • Assist in business development to support the growth of our client portfolio in the chemical industry and to achieve our business goals
  • Manage: Budget, timing, and staffing of our projects, career and performance development of your team

Let’s Talk About You

Must haves

  • Between 6 and max 10 years track record with a good understanding of procurement and supply chain
  • Master’s degree with an economic, business, or engineering background
  • Affinity with technology and the technological evolutions within the chemical industry
  • Technical expertise combined with a drive for project management and good knowledge of continuous improvement & operational excellence methodologies
  • Excellent skillset related to communication, business development, and solution-oriented working
  • Professional knowledge of English and Dutch or French
  • People management skills and experience

Nice to haves

  • Consulting experience in an international environment
  • Experience with REACH advisory
