Function

Do you already have extensive experience as a Compensation & Benefits specialist and in rolling out an international Rewards strategy? Are you also familiar with payroll management? Then be sure to read on.

For our client Deceuninck, international manufacturer of amongst others smart window and door solutions, we are looking for a Total Reward Manager. In this position you are responsible for:

  • The compensation and benefits policy
  • The coordination and optimization of the payroll and you manage the payroll team
  • The development and implementation of HR policies
  • The rollout of HR and Compensation & Benefits optimization and automation projects
  • Developing salary proposals, coordinating the annual merit process and managing bonus plans
  • Delivering all kinds of HR reports to the business
  • The Total Reward Manager is part of the HR management team locally and for Europe. In this role you will report to the HR Director.

Profile

  • At least 2 years of experience in compensation & benefits and payroll management
  • Leadership experience and/or ambition
  • You have a Master degree preferably in an economic direction or equivalent through experience
  • Strong process-oriented and analytical skills
  • Excellent knowledge of English is necessary.
