We are currently looking for a Manager, Site Contract Leaders (SCL) to cover various locations in the EU

The main responsibility of the Manager, SCL is to resource client projects with highly motivated and suitably qualified professionals and to retain and develop these professionals within PAREXEL. To manage the performance, development and growth of the team. The Manager, Site Contract Leaders can we based in a number of EMEA locations such as Spain, Italy, Czech, Romania and the UK and would be fully remote.

This role directly supervises the team of Site Contract Leaders as well as managing the entire Clinical Site Agreement process for a given project.

Requirements

Qualifications

Experienced Manager within Site Contract Leads or someone who is working in a Manager role within Site Contract Leads.

Education

Degree in business, legal or life science or other relevant work experience in Contracting, Clinical Operations or in Legal (Paralegal).

Language Skills

Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Past exposure managing and leading a team within Site Contracts
  • Experience of overseeing deliverables in multiple EU countries.
  • Experience negotiating contracts and budgets with sites across multiple countries
  • The ability to work effectively with a wide range of clinical, technical, biometric, and regulatory stakeholders, as well as with sponsors.
