Job Summary

The candicate will be responsible for directing and coordinating technical projects in the fiber department (change of raw materials, start up new molds, start up new production lines).

He/she will be responsable for the optimisations of the processes with focus on efficiency, quality and flexibility This to meet changing market requirements.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Pro-active and reactive Problem solving in the production department

Start up the new molds and define the process parameters, advise improvements if neede with the new molds

Excute efficiency projects and cost reduction projects

Introduction of new products and new materials into the production line

Leading and directing his/her project team in order to achieve the predefined objectives.

Request offers / follow up the ordered tooling

Programming 6-axis robots

Follow up technical developments in the market

Foresee necesarry documentation

Handover to production

Core Competencies and Requirements

Education

Ideal candidate: Master in Electromechanics or equal by experience.

Minimum bachelor degree with 3 years experience

Work Experience

Preferably min. 3 years working experience in a technical project environment

Experience/knowledge of process improvement

Experience in a comparable job is an asset

Technical Skills

Project management

Experience/knowledge of industrial Automation techniques

MS office software: Excel, Word, Outlook.
