About the job

To strengthen the Brand Management Team we are looking for a dynamic and passionate Marketing Assistant, who will support the Brand Managers with coordinating marketing projects from A to Z.

Amongst others, your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing support in the development of national communication campaigns (digital, print & out-of-home campaigns).
  • Co-organizing and supporting events (trade & consumer fairs, brand activations, product launches, tastings, influencer campaigns, etc.), from briefing to evaluation.
  • Managing all POS & merchandise materials.
  • Drafting and sending out briefings to both internal colleagues and external agencies, according to predetermined input agreed upon with the Brand Manager.
  • Following up on customer & consumer inquiries from the market.
  • Co-creating and coordinating stock with regard to POS & merchandise materials (printing, banners, bartender tools, ...).
  • Identifying improvement opportunities and suggesting possible solutions to improve internal collaboration.

About the ideal candidate

  • Degree in a relevant direction (e.g. Office Management, Communication Management, Marketing)
  • A first relevant work experience within a professional environment
  • Fluency in French, Dutch and English is required
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint & Word), knowledge of Adobe software (Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator) is a plus.
  • A team player with strong social skills, innovative and hands-on
