What you’ll do
As a Marketing Communication Consultant at Minds&More you will help our clients execute their online and offline marketing activities. Think you’re up for the challenge? Then make sure to read on.
Yes, you can:

• Develop & execute a 360° marketing plan to be jealous of.
• Manage social media accounts from A to Z and back: writing copy, altering images, scheduling posts, and creating content calendars.
• Create a digital campaign plan, make a budget & channel proposition to set up your campaign offline and online.
• Report on your campaigns using Google Analytics & other fancy dashboards.
• Handle CRM systems to create landing pages, upload blogposts… The whole shebang.
• Create and send out mailings in multiple tools.
• Use Marketing Automation for – let’s say – HubSpot.
• Implement offline activities (media, events…) in your marketing plan.
• Earn bonus points if you know how to make a website on your own and execute SEO.

Your strengths

• Independent is your middle name. You’re not shy to take the lead in a project and always keep all relevant parties in the loop.
• Your life motto: “It’s never too late to learn”.
• You don’t beat around the bush and communicate in a clear, friendly way, which makes you a great team player.
• You know a thing or two, three, four… about marketing.
• All the above makes that your previous employers will happily give you a recommendation. Secretly they even want you back.

Your profile

• You’re the proud owner of a degree or postgraduate (Digital) Marketing, communication management or have equal experience by self-teaching.
• You have 1-5 years of experience, preferably in an agency & in the marketing department of a company. Experience in multiple sectors is a plus.
• You easily work in teams and know your way around project management, communication & marketing.
• You speak and write Dutch, French & English.
• You know how to work with CRM systems, mailing tools, social media platforms, campaign management tools… We name it, you manage it.
