Would you like to join our team? We are looking for a Marketing Communication Officer.

Function

As Marketing Communication Officer you will support, implement, evaluate and optimize our marketing (multi-channel) communication across the different business lines towards your key customers. You will closely collaborate with your Marketing Communication Manager and with the other members of the marketing team & business line. You’ll be reporting to the Lead Generation and Conversion Lead.

Your responsibilities :

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and building of multichannel (inbound) campaigns focusing on lead generation and conversion for your target group
• Create, update and manage content including print, digital, video assets
• Develop organic & paid social media posts and monitor/react to comments on social media posts
• Collaborate with agency for paid implementation
• Creative thinking and deliver fresh insights on current marketing activities and suggest improvements
• Provide sales support and general support such as website and landing pages updates and creation of new webpages
• Support the gathering and analysis on customer and market insights, customer trends, competitors, products
• Support the creation, the maintaining and conduction of analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for new campaign development
• Work closely with the Lead Generation & Conversion Lead as well as your Marketing Manager
• Work together with other colleagues of the marketing team and colleagues from your business

Profile

• You have a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar fields;
• You have relevant experience in (inbound) marketing;
• You are fluent in content writing;
• You maintain open communication and provide feedback;
• You ensure proactive involvement and engagement;
• You possess knowledge of marketing channels and branding;
• You have good organizational abilities and a hands-on mentality which you have put to use in prior project management;
• You are customer oriented with an interest in executive education;
• You easily interact with diverse stakeholders;
• You combine a strong team spirit with a healthy sense of autonomy;
• You have knowledge of marketing tools and other systems such as OneDrive, Brightspace, Continia, MS office (experience with Hubspot is a plus);
• You are fluent in English and Dutch (speaking, writing, reading).
