Qualifications & Experience

Responsibilities

• You lead the Internal Marketing Agency, which is a "Service Center" for the business units and regional offices. This team consists of 25-30 people, each with dedicated marketing operational skills;
• You have the responsibility to coach 9 direct reports and make sure that they develop professionally. You make sure that the people managers will develop and coach the people in their team;
• You are responsible for Performance Management of the direct reports;
• You help, improve, facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders;
• You keep an overview of the process/policies/tools used in the agency and suggests improvements and/or adaptation to increase the efficiency of the agency;
• You lead the yearly planning of the budget and the resource planning;
• You manage the agency budget;
• You lead the Q-planning with the Marketing Project Owners;
• You lead the Mosco steerco, which is the consultative body between the internal agency and the business units marketing directors;
• You are a member of the MT of Marketing Excellence.

Requirements

• You have strong coaching and People Management skills;
• You have knowledge of marketing campaign creation, optimization, and management;
• You have excellent leadership skills to operate in a complex environment (multiple specialist pools, outsourcing, changing requirements, multiple stakeholder);
• You are customer focused and you have commercial awareness;
• You are process minded;
• You are an excellent moderator and facilitator; a strong team player;
• You have strong creative skills;
• You understand how agile works and have knowledge of the basic principles of project management;
• You preferably have marketing agency experience.
