Keystone Solutions, a leading consultancy firm, is looking for an IT Support Officer to join a client project within our corporate client base. This is an exciting consultancy role where you will work on-site at the clients location, providing IT support to users across their global operations. Your Role
As an IT Support Officer, you will be embedded in the client’s Service Desk & Workplace team, supporting approximately 4,000 users spread across 60+ global locations. The environment includes 2 primary data centers and a network integrating more than 50 sites. Your main responsibility will be delivering Level 1 and 2 IT support to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities as a Keystone Solutions Consultant:

• Provide first-line IT support, responding to technical incidents and service requests.
• Aim to resolve requests on the first call using the tools available or through on-site interventions.
• Manage ticket encoding, processing, follow-up, and closure.
• Handle PC deployment and imaging, along with hardware and software installation.
• Participate in the creation of IT solutions and procedures, and support the implementation of projects.
• Stay informed on technological trends and manage the life cycle of various IT components.

Your Profile

• Required Skills & Experience:
  • IT technician or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a global organization.
  • Proficiency in French and strong English skills (spoken and written).
  • Excellent knowledge of Office 2019, 2021, 365; Windows 10, 11; PC hardware and peripherals.
  • Expertise in managing users, computers, and groups within Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
  • Experience managing email addresses and shared mailboxes in Exchange On-Premise and Online.
  • Strong command of Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Additional Advantages:
