Job role is to join TTSe network team working project based for our customers

Detailed Job Description:

The TTS-E infrastructure team is looking for a new member.
The main tasks will be:
  • Provide technical expertise to deliver the strategy for network infrastructure across Toyota.
This includes, but is not limited to LAN, WAN, SDWAN, NAC, Firewall, Load balancer,..
  • Translate Business requirements into technical designs for implementation. (HLD/LLD)
  • Validate scopes, plans, design documents etc related to the network. Produced internally or
externally.
  • Work on and assist with business cases related to new technologies.
  • Define and document Infrastructure standards and procedures
  • Design and implement network infrastructure.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot and analyse network performance.
  • Follow through projects and deliver proof of testing and documentation
  • Give technical assistance on and manage Problems using Toyota Business Practice.
  • Work with other teams to implement new solutions.
  • Manage 3rd party vendors for the delivery of projects and changes.
  • Participate with pre-sales activities and support sales & Business development divisions.
  • Contribute to RFP creation and RFP replies towards customers.

Skills & Background:

  • At least 10 years’ experience in either IT provider organizations or large internal customer IT
organizations.
  • A Technical Bachelor in IT or alternatively, similar skills acquired through professional
experience.
o Routing
o Switching devices
o Wireless controllers
o Network Access Control
o Load Balancer (F5)
  • At least 5years’ experience in LAN management
  • WAN experience welcome
  • Experience with Firewall and security devices.
  • Practical experience in Project planning and Change management
  • Experience in manufacturing environment
  • Experience in crisis management

Must have skills:

  • A reasonable degree of English to be able to collaborate in a multicultural team
  • Willingness to work hands-on
  • Pro-active attitude
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to analyze tasks and to plan ahead


Extra:

  • Knowledge of the Japanese languages is an asset
  • Knowledge of the Toyota Way of working in as asset
  • Work experience in an international environment is an asset
