Starcasino is the go-to platform for online igaming entertainment. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven Online Casino Games Coordinator to join our team. If you have a passion for casino games, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities:

Game Management:

  • Add new games to our platforms.
  • Conduct daily checks to ensure the functionality and availability of games.

Vendor Relations:

  • Maintain relationships with various casino game providers.
  • Troubleshoot any issues in collaboration with game providers.

Promotion Coordination:

  • Track ongoing and upcoming promotions.
  • Communicate promotional details to our marketing and design team.

Customer Service:

  • Collaborate with the Customer Support Team to resolve any game-related issues.
  • Direct communication with customers when necessary.

Quality Assurance:

  • Perform daily checks on the various Starcasino websites to ensure quality and functionality.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
  • Higher education is preferred, but experience or a strong drive are equally important.
  • A passion for casino games is highly desirable.
