Job Description

The Operations Teamleader is the link between the HUB Management and the Team Coach Operation and workers on the shop floor. He/she will not only ensures that the daily targets are met within the sub-processes but is also responsible for the operation of the entire HUB and ensures a safe and correct application of all procedures and work instructions.

Tasks
  • The Operations Teamleader has an overview of all sub-processes and can coordinate and adjust them in order to achieve the goals.
  • By being present on the work floor every day, he or she has a clear overview of all facets of the operational functioning within HUB and can report deviations and needs to HUB management. Furthermore you are responsible for holding the toolbox meetings and the daily stand-ups.
  • The Operations Teamleader takes care of the entire administrative handling of the HUB processes (Roadnet follow-up, Pro-time, absences, stock management, mails, checklists) and reports to the necessary internal or external stakeholders where necessary.
  • He or she coaches and motivates the Team Coach operations and the workers.
  • All activities should take place according to the set quality standards of the company
The Successful Applicant

We Are Looking For a Operations Teamleader That
  • Diploma of Higher Education
  • Preferably 3 years of experience in the logistics sector & in managing employees
  • Knowledge and understanding of procedures and guidelines within the work area (Logistics)
  • Organizational, planning & administrative strengths
  • Flexible, Responsible, Shows initiative, Stress resistant, Can switch quickly, Can keep a good overview, Practical mind,
  • Open to work in a 3-shift system (6-14h, 14-22h, 22-6h)
  • Knowledge of languages: thorough knowledge of NL/FR/EN
