In Honeywell Thermal Solutions (HTS) we provide customized industrial burner systems to numerous different industries all over the world.

Within the Vilvoorde engineering and production site of HTS and we are looking for an Order Manager, responsible for project planning and control and customer communication.

This position will be end-to-end responsible for planning and control of multiple orders, starting from order booking up to delivery at the customer site.

Tasks
  • Ensure orders are scheduled in line with the Customer Request Date.
  • Coordinate the project planning across the involved departments: Engineering, Sourcing and Manufacturing.
  • Drive and manage multiple orders cross-functionally, to meet time, budget and quality requirements.
  • Report project progress to customers and management.
  • Follow-up on Changes Orders.
  • Follow-up on technical matters, with support of the responsible project engineer.
  • Follow-up on the project billing plan.
  • Act as the central point of communication between the internal organization and the customer.
  • Communicate any changes that might occur during the project execution with the customer.
Requirements
  • Hands-on person, who can drive things to completion.
  • Tactful personality, who can bring people together to meet common goals.
  • Proactive, result-oriented and customer-focused.
  • Experience with SAP is a strong plus.
  • Experience in an industrial environment is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or first relevant working experience.
  • Languages: Fluent Dutch and proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of German and French is a plus.
