Job description

  • Organize stock transfers of components and packaging to fulfil all (internal and external) copacking productions while working closely together with the supply planners.
  • Fill-in the specific file used to communicate with internal copacker about components placement in copack racks.
  • Create production PO’s.
  • Participation in the weekly consensus meeting with trade and business intelligence to exchange information concerning product availability and changes in forecast.
  • Ensure the back-up of the copacking assistant and of the copack coordinator when needed.
  • Organize bi-weekly stock transfers of components and packaging to fulfil all external copacking productions
  • Create and validate production PO’s
  • Bi-weekly send production checklists to external copacking
  • Weekly stock reconciliation of all the copacking warehouses & stock “o”.

Your profile

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC is a plus
  • You must be fluent in English à language of the business
  • Stress resistance is important for this position
