Our client is a Belgian leader within digital communications. Thanks to their fast growing environment they are currently looking for additional permanent support for their location in Diegem.

Job Description

As a JuniorOffice & HR Coordinator you will be responsible for:

  • Coordination and organisation of events (booking venues, make reservations for restaurants, ..)
  • You will have regular contact with external parties such as: booking offices, employment agencies, suppliers and others.
  • Follow-up on calls and e-mails
  • HR administration of the personnel of the company
  • Point of contact for the employees regarding HR related questions

The Successful Applicant

The candidate we are looking for:

  • Fluent in French with some knowledge of Dutch
  • You are proactive, organised and structured
  • Great communicative skills
  • Eye for detail
