Job Description

As Office Manager you’re responsible for :

  • The follow up of the budgets

  • Order office supplies

  • Assist a team with their travel arrangements

  • Follow up and input the different invoices

  • Help on ad hoc projects.

The Successful Applicant

As Office Manager you are / have :

  • Already a first experience within the administrative field or similar position.

  • An excellent knowledge of English (oral & written)

  • Hands-on, organised & dynamic

  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Willing to work 12h / week
