Who are we?
myNEO is a young Belgian bio-tech company in Ghent, focused on designing personalized cancer treatments for patients. The developed bioinformatics platform is continuously being optimized based on results from our own trials and other published papers.
The hands-on approach of a young start-up company is omnipresent and every employee is directly involved in substantial decision making. Therefore each employee is able to gainresponsibilities from day 1. The company¿s offices are located in Ghent (UZ-Ghelamco area) where we work next to other like-minded start-ups in a relaxed atmosphere. What does the job entail?
As an office manager / administrative assistant in myNEO the following responsibilities will be yours:
·Work together with the CEO on a day-to-day basis
·Offering aid to create marketing material, public relations, and others.
·Be in charge (guided in the beginning) of the company finances: prepare invoices, make payments, upload documents for accountant, interact with accountant about payments, etc. Do the financial reporting to a certain extent using our templates.
·Communication with landlords, reception, general contacts with suppliers, receiving shipments / parcels, post, received registered mail, ...
·Ordering office material, marketing material, kitchen material / stock, etc.
·Logistics arrangement of trips abroad (registration, purchase / rental of equipment for stand, ...)
·Annotate, scan and archive documents, send Excel lists, ...
·Keeping calendars, initiating and scheduling calendar requests, ...
·Drafting a limited number of documents based on templates (NDA’s, standard contracts, employment contracts, ...), requesting administrative / standard information in documents, initiating and supervising signature sessions, ...
·Reviewing official company documentation
·Organize team / group activities
Profil
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a partime (50%) to full-time office manager to join our team with the following profile:
·You have (preferably >3years) of relevant working experience (receptionist, executive assistant, office manager, etc.)
·You have at least a bachelor degree
- You surprise us with your accurate and reliable way of working
- With your enterprising character you make the difference
- You have a commercial attitude, you are communicative and you make contacts easily
- You are open to feedback from customers and proactively work on solutions
- You have good language skills in both Dutch and English
