Job Summary

This position will serve as the main point of contact for all employees concerning all questions related to payroll and benefits in

their assigned regions. Their key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies,

accurate and timely payroll and benefits processing, and ensuring the correct completion of the HR tools. This role reports

directly to the Compensation and Reward Manager and will work closely with other members of the HR team both national and

Corporate.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for preparing and processing accurate and timely monthly payroll for assigned regions.
  • Follows up on benefits such as group insurance, health insurance, bonuses, bike leases, meal and eco vouchers to ensure

everything is accurate and compliant.

  • Follows up of accidents at work in collaboration with the prevention advisor.
  • Works closely together with payroll providers and other external partners to ensure smooth payroll operations and benefits

administration.

  • Ensures compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies related to payroll and benefits in kind.
  • Addresses employee inquiries and resolve issues related to compensation, time and attendance registration, and benefits,

accurately, punctually, and discreetly.

  • Ensures the correct completion of the HR tools such as payroll, performance management, time and attendance registration.
  • Responsible for ad hoc report generation as requested by Fike Corporation, work’s council and committee, and appropriate

government.

  • Maintains contacts with internal and external stakeholders and contributes to a positive social climate.
  • Effectively supports and participates in assigned projects.

Job Qualifications

REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 5

years of experience in payroll processing. Experience with HR information systems. Proficient in payroll. Expertise in

Word/Google Docs and Excel/Google sheets. Dutch and English language fluency, both written and verbal. Strong knowledge of

social legislation and thorough understanding of payroll practices.

PREFERRED: Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll processing, of which preferably a few years in an international European

context. Knowledge of at least another European language is a plus. Experience with Time and attendance registration tools.
