Working in the People Team

Your responsibilities as a Recruiter

  • As a People Partner Recruitment, you are end-to-end responsible for a diverse vacancy portfolio:
  • Regularly liaising with various departments to fully understand their needs – and challenge them where necessary.
  • Conducting intake meetings with hiring managers, translating their needs into an effective recruitment approach, and making clear agreements on the process.
  • Writing engaging job descriptions that fit both the team and Wyre’s culture.
  • Managing and optimising the entire candidate pipeline: from spontaneous applications to active sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, and other creative channels.
  • Coordinating the entire recruitment process from first contact to onboarding.
  • Interviewing relevant candidates – either alone or together with the department.
  • Guiding departments in making strong hiring decisions with your solid advisory skills.
  • Collaborating closely with other teams such as Fleet, Payroll, and HR Operations to ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Taking initiatives to further elevate recruitment, particularly in the areas of employer branding and candidate experience.
  • Building relationships with external partners to organise assessment and development centres.
    • In addition to recruitment, contributing actively to People Team projects or activities such as onboarding, talent development, HR operations, and more.

Our ideal Recruiter

  • Holds at least a bachelor’s degree or can demonstrate equivalent experience in talent acquisition, selection, or recruitment.
  • Is a true networker and acts as a credible sparring partner for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knows how to attract top talent.
  • Possesses strong people skills – you see beyond the CV and quickly grasp the person behind it.
  • Communicates fluently in both Dutch and English (French is a plus).
  • Gets energy from engaging with people and can act quickly and proactively.
  • Thrives in a dynamic work environment.
    • Works well both independently and as part of a team.
