Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 7 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a regional HR role within a Manufacturing environment.
  • Language and Education: Professional proficiency in Dutch and English is essential. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Legal Expertise: Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Belgium and the Netherlands, with extensive experience in works council and union negotiations.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and people management experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with managers and employees.
  • Solutions-Oriented: A focus on value creation, consistently seeking solutions with long-term benefits that simplify the lives of managers and employees at STG.
  • Technology Proficiency: Previous experience with various cloud-based platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, ServiceNow, or similar is a plus.
