My client is a real estate company located in Brussels.

Job Description

You are in charge of all administrative aspects of a team.* Marketing: you assist the marketing team in their daily communication by monitoring the
international media; managing new contacts & distribution lists; translating documents
when applicable.
  • Events: you assist the PA in all administrative aspects of our events.
  • Office management: you are in charge of all office furniture.
  • Document management : you ensure a professional follow-up (signatures, filing…) between
our entities.

The Successful Applicant

  • A first experience in a similar polyvalent administrative assistant position would be an asset
  • A strong sense of service you love to make life easier for others

  • Excellent team player you like to make things happen
  • Perfect level of Dutch with a good level of French & English
  • Excellent ability to prioritize your tasks (key)
  • Proactive minded, responsible and flexible
  • Advanced skills of MS Office Products
