INTRASOFT International, a leading European IT solutions provider, is seeking inspired professionals to cover the following opening:

Portfolio Manager

You will...

Be responsible for managing a portfolio of Europa IT Platform projects and services.
Allocate resources according to need, define work packages, review deliverables, and ensure quality control, risk analysis as well as daily management and follow-up.
Lead problem resolution.
Participate in working groups and progress meetings.
Manage portfolio planning and resources.
Report progress, risks and potential changes in scope to relevant stakeholders
Assess change requests and coordinates change management Ensures that the deliverables fulfil the business requirements of the portfolio.
Oversee quality assurance and user acceptance testing.
Provide effective leadership for the different project teams, ensuring that project managers and team members are motivated and constantly developing their skills and experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

You have:

Atleast five or more years’ experience as A Project Manager preferably in web/digital area.
A qualification degree in any of the following fields: Engineering, IT or Computer Science, Management.
Excellent client facing and management skills.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Prince 2 certification is a plus.
Written and verbal communication skills.
Capacity to manage high stress situations.
Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.
Leadership skills.
Big-picture thinking and vision.
Conflict Resolution Skills.
