작업 내용

De functie

  • As the Procurement Specialist you will be responsible for the purchase of IT services including Infrastructure, Telecom, Licensing, Cloud services, etc.
  • You will define together with the IT department, the annual purchase plan for the recurring services as well as for the new projects.
  • You will set up the criteria for approval of suppliers in the different areas of need and develop a network for potential suppliers in the future.
  • You will be responsible for the evaluation of the quality, delivery, cost and service objectives of the suppliers.
  • You will negotiate new agreements and existing ones.
  • Additionally, you will also manage the contracts for suppliers of other departments like HR, Facility, Marketing,…
  • You will set up procedures and keep them up to date.

Het profiel

  • You have a Higher Degree (Business Administration, Economics,…).
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in IT Purchasing area.
  • You are fluently in English, Dutch and French.
  • You have excellent negotiation skills on all level
  • You are able to specify correctly business needs and draw up contracts, including. procedures, analysis and indicators.
  • You have a customer oriented attitude
