Chatlayer is a product by Sinch that empowers customers to have authentic conversations, driven by clever AI. Our intuitive bot building platform lets you build AI voice and chatbots.

But this is just the beginning. We want to do lots more. Eager to join us? Then you should be our new Product Expert!

What you’ll do on a daily basis:

• You will help customers with in-depth questions about the Chatlayer product
• You will advise customers on how to get the most out of Chatlayer
• You will assist the Chatlayer Sales team with explaining the possibilities of Chatlayer to prospects
• You will help new customers get started with the Chatlayer product by giving them training and workshops

The person we’re looking for:

• You are a great communicator and able to explain things in a logical way
• You have a Bachelor’s degree or comparable working experience
• You are fluent in English
• You are customer-facing and enjoy making people’s life easier
• You can work independently and take matters into your own hands
• You’re up to speed with a new software tool swiftly
• You have been in direct contact with developers and can talk (or at least understand) their lingo

We realize you may not tick all of these boxes, but if you like learning and enjoy trying out new technologies, we’d love to hear from you!

Nice-to-haves:

• You have proven experience in IT Product Support or pre-sales
• You have given workshops or trainings to customers
• You speak and write multiple languages
• You have experience with voice and/or chatbot building
