To reinforce our Marketing team we are looking for a Product Management Assistant BE/NL.

As a Product management Assistant BE/NL you will support the Senior PM in all elements of product development, packaging, launching process and marketing programs with key strategic customers within the BE/NL business unit.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Analyze and develop the product and marketing strategy for the business unit
  • Monitor customers’ data such as Technical data sheets, packaging elements, technical information, …
  • Monitor and update customer portals that are mandatory for the product management flow and processes
  • Making sure our offer and assortments are complying to regulation in supporting the Sr PM in the packaging checks and follow up of our internal regulatory processes
  • You are the key point of contact for the customer and relevant departments
  • Support the sample process and ensuring costs are managed effectively
  • Support the processes with the plants from a product and packaging perspective.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Masters degree, preferably in product development or Marketing
  • Fluent in Dutch and English is a must, French is a plus
  • Good knowledge of the Office package such as Excel, Outlook, ...
  • You are detail oriented and organized
  • You have the ability to multitask and perform under pressure
