  • Maintaining the product vision through collaboration with various internal stakeholders;

  • Based on your analyses, propose the priorities and roadmap of evolutions within the mobile apps;
  • Prospecting and analyzing new trends and technologies that could potentially be integrated into the mobile apps (Benchmarking);
  • Collaborating with internal and external partners to accomplish your mission;
  • Bringing various key projects to a successful conclusion related to the customer experience in a complex multi-stakeholder environment: passenger count, stations, corporate, website etc.

you’re going to work for a player within the mobility sector with more than one million unique visitors per month. You will join the ’Digital Experience’ team within the Marketing & Sales department. You will be responsible for the end-to-end customer experience within Mobile applications. You will have to collaborate with numerous external partners. You will also work together with the existing IT Systems and Customer Experience.

Do you have ...
  • a master’s diploma or relevant experience?
  • at least 4 years of experience in project management? The Agile methodology is not unfamiliar to you.
  • a first experience as a Product Owner.
  • a first experience in collecting, analyzing, and integrating customer feedback.
  • a first experience with Google Analytics and/or Firebase Analytics.
  • You are aware of the latest trends and best practices within the world of websites and digital in general.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • You have a good knowledge of Dutch.
  • You are communicative (written and oral).
  • You put the customer at the center of all your decisions.
  • You are results-oriented and organized.
  • You work in a team but can also work autonomously.
  • You take initiative but remain pragmatic.
  • You have no nine-to-five mentality, you are flexible.
