Within the SME/LE Portfolio Tribe, we are looking for a strong Product Owner (PO) responsible for the Connectivity & Cybersecurity Squad.

The PO helps the SME/LE Domain and Portfolio Tribe to achieve their strategic objectives and enables the Squad to achieve their Objectives & Key Results (OKRs).

The Squad Is End-to-end Responsible For Following Value Propositions
  • Connecting Clients over all types of access infrastructure (Coax, Fiber, 4G…) via different methods: Internet, WAN (E-VPN, IP-MPLS, SD-WAN), LAN-WiFi, different CPE types (Modem, Router, Switch, uCPE…) including providing access to Public Cloud & Datacenters
  • Helping our clients become Cyber resilient: identify risks-weaknesses and protect the full working environment (all devices, data, employees…) with appropriate Security solutions (managed Firewalls, Intrusion prevention..) accompanied with additional Managed Detection and Response propositions.
  • Bringing the 2 domains together into secured connectivity where the customer experience is frictionless (XLA).
How will you spend your days?
  • You act as a servant leader as you proactively support and stimulate people to self-organize and foster close collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • You provide direction by bringing clarity to the Squad on WHAT the Squad needs to deliver and WHY this must happen.
  • You proactively drive prioritization, ensure alignment and manage expectations with all involved stakeholders.
  • You are responsible for managing the backlog, by prioritizing and clarifying the work to be done.
  • You inspect and adapt by monitoring the realization of the Product Backlog and taking necessary steps in case of drawbacks or blockers.
Do you have what we need?
  • The communication skills that convince people at any level, in any department.
  • The mental lens to zoom in to the Squad working, then out to craft your strategic roadmap and do the necessary forward planning.
  • A growth mindset that is tuned in to constant learning, understanding what clients need to implement secured connectivity and following technology.
  • Experience with sales-build-run processes and a strong Network affinity.
  • Financial experience to participate in the yearly budget cycle, compose a product business case and do the financial follow-up of the product performance
