About the Opportunity
Join Sanofi Genzyme in Belgium as Product Specialist Oncology. Your main purpose is selling our oncology products to targeted customers and managing key accounts. This includes developing and delivering on territory an adapted customer action plan and maintaining excellent external relationships based on long-term professional partnerships in order to maximize revenue and market share of products within your territory and to achieve/exceed sales targets.

About growing with us
In this role you will…
- Responsible for the development and delivery of yearly customer action plan plans, linked to national sales plans
- Develop and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the oncology products, its different markets and targeted customers
- Establish and manage high quality customer relationships by maintaining knowledge of brand sales messaging, executing sales and marketing plans, scheduling and following-up with healthcare professionals and budget decision makers, thus achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Analyze accounts and develops and executes plans for key accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals and budget holders
- Work closely with Product Manager, Medical Managers and Therapeutic Area Manager to develop and deliver sales and marketing plans
About you
Qualifications/ Education & work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a Life Science, (Para)Medical or Business
- 3+ years of sales experience within the pharmaceutical environment
- Experience with product launch is a strong plus
- Experience in setting up and rolling out (complex) strategic projects in co-creation with customers
- Knowledge of, and interest in digital assets and omnichannel way of working
- Knowledge and interest in digitalization and omnichannel marketing & sales
- Experience in strategic projects and stakeholder management
- Open-mindset, networker, creative, persuasive and ability to engage skills
- Oral and written fluency in Dutch and English, French is an asset
- Driving license is required, it’s a field-based position
