We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead / Program Manager to help oversee large-scale Digital programs & projects. The role requires a seasoned leader with strong delivery governance, portfolio management, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and budget management capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of projects within the Digital Office.
  • Ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, timelines, and budget.
  • Provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership to project teams.
  • Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and IT teams.

Qualifications:

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in senior project and/or programme management roles.
  • Proven track record in pharmaceutical IT organizations.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage both the big picture and hands-on project leadership.
  • Strong affinity with technology.

Skills and Certifications:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch and/or French is a plus.
