Legal Office Management - temporary support

Division

You will be a member of the Legal Division of Euroclear SA, the group holding company. We are a strong team of professional lawyers and paralegals located in different countries. We provide legal support to the different Euroclear Group entities.


Role and Responsibilities

In your role you will be assisting our internal lawyers and the business within Euroclear, as well as be involved in a various continuous improvement initiatives and management reporting.


Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

Cost management:

  • PR/PO creation and invoices follow-up
  • Capacity tool 2022 creation based on the budget data, including its improvements: longer term capacities reporting + VLOOKUP for the actuals vs budgeted data – graphs update; data storage on SPO
  • Oracle PA setting up for Legal: assign all Legal resources to PA codes 2022
  • Contact outside counsel for invoices relative to 2021 and ensure they are processed for payment
  • Participate in outside counsel evaluation process.

Knowledge management:

  • Help Legal on IT migration to SPO and ensure access is granted to all Legal members to all X-team sites
  • Respond to basic queries or follow them up with the IT
  • Consolidate data/ links/ recordings and prepare draft of weekly Legal Knowledge Newsletter

Contract management:

  • Participate in Contract Management Experts forum
  • Prepare and organise workshops with potential supplier of the future contract management tool.

Management reporting:

  • Assist with various management reports.

Required Qualifications:

Technical skills:

We are looking for

  • fluent in English and French or Dutch
  • with computer literacy: MS Office, SharePoint is a plus
  • Oracle BI/ PA
  • project management experience is a plus
