You will be working in the Customer Operations Division (CUO ), more specifically in the ACN. (Access Network Connectivity). As part of the contract management team, you will :

• In collaboration with the divisional heads of OST, ACN and FBR, you will determine the volume evolution for the different skill requirements within the OST and ACN field teams.
• Translate and document this volume evolution in the TM1 financial tool for further follow-up. You are also responsible for performing the necessary detailed calculations per sub-area or product area.
• You will manage the forecasts and commitments sent to the ACN and OST partners.

You are responsible for :

• Follow-up, adjustment and content of the different daily snapshots sent to the CUO management regarding the operational status.
• Follow-up, adjustment and content of the various productivity and quality reports concerning OST and ACN
• Digitisation and automation of reporting is a key focus.
• You will manage the business issues of internal customers and partners and advise them on the basis of your specific knowledge and expertise.

Profile

• You are willing to take the necessary courses to broaden your knowledge in various fields.
• You are fluent and have good communication skills.
• You have a good knowledge of the company and business processes, knowledge of the business processes of the executive departments of CUO, OST and ACN is an asset.
• You have an analytical mind, you organise your work well and you are able to solve problems quickly and set the right priorities.
• You have knowledge of SQL to be able to write a query in a dBase database. Teradata, Oracle, data warehouse
• You are able to analyse data output files, draw the right conclusions and translate them into concrete actions.
• You are rigorous in your work so that your clients can have confidence in the results of your queries.
• You have basic knowledge of financial aspects. Such as CAPEX / OPEX.
• Knowledge of Power BI is an asset.
• You are dynamic, self-confident, stress resistant, take responsibility and can work both in a team and independently.
• You take initiative and are innovative.
• You have a good command of the various Microsoft Office applications.
• You have a good knowledge of English.
• You think outside the box and come up with innovative ideas yourself.
• You are a team player.
• You have good time management skills.
• You can quickly make a reasoned distinction between relevant and irrelevant elements.
