As a Project Lead, Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Define scope and associated work packages, estimating workload and costs based on input from involved teams. Develop an implementation plan for achieving expected scope.
  • Monitor and report progress in terms of timing, budget, and quality to the project steering committee.
  • Track risks, actions, and issues arising from the project.
  • Organize and facilitate necessary meetings with all stakeholders, internal and external, at various levels.
  • Determine priorities in consultation with the client/business and experts.
  • Develop testing strategies and plans to ensure quality.
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels and exhibit a high degree of customer orientation.

What are we looking for?

Have you got what it takes ?

  • You have demonstrable experience with the terminology, organization, roles, and processes of PM methodologies (e.g., Prince2, PMBok, etc.).
  • You have proven experience in leading and guiding projects.
  • You have demonstrated experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • You have proven experience in technical environments related to projects.
  • You have demonstrated knowledge and experience of ITIL.
  • You have a higher education degree (Master’s or Bachelor’s) in a technical/engineering field or equivalent by experience.
  • You are fluent in Dutch at European CEFR Level C2.
  • You have demonstrated experience in guiding digital transition projects.
