Our Clients & Industries department is responsible to develop and implement the go-to-market of Deloitte at strategic clients. This aims at stimulating a multi-disciplinary approach and embedding the industry dimension through various initiatives.

Your function

With your interest & experience in the Government & Public Services sector, you will be the Go To person for important tenders and large framework contracts within the public sector. Your customers are the Government & Public Services Leaders across the different departments of Deloitte. In your role you will support them in coordinating important bids, as well as professionally managing key Framework Contracts. As such you are actively contributing to achieving the further strategic growth of our firm. You also give proactive advice in order to achieve the best results together with colleagues from the bid & delivery teams.

The Clients & Industries department is looking for a customer oriented colleague with knowledge and expertise in public tenders and framework contract management. A passion for the Public Sector business is a must.

• You organize, together with the bid team, the creation and submission of a successful bid. You are co-driving the end-to-end process: from bid strategy to submission and post-submission follow-up.
• You work closely together with Framework Contract partners to professionally manage the follow-up of service requests, the compliance with contract requirements, the timelines and quality of the reporting, the sharing of lessons learned.
• As a strong networker, you gradually build up your knowledge about the strengths and expertise available across the firm, in Belgium as well as internationally, in order to connect the dots and bring the best of Deloitte in each bid.
• You are proactive in formulating recommendations to continuously improve the efficiency, quality and overall maturity of the working processes.
• You participate to the Government & Public Services leadership meetings on a regular basis, in order to share insights from past and on-going tender procedures as well as framework contracts. You advise the leadership on possible improvements and lessons learned.
• As a strong team player, you work closely together with your colleagues from the Clients & Industries team in order to share lessons learned and bring best practices to the Government & Public Services Industry.
  

Let’s talk about you

• You have a university degree;
• You have a minimum of 2 – 4 years’ experience in working on public sector tenders and / or framework contract management (specific expertise in the technology area is an asset);
• You have the mentality of a winner, quality is a top priority in everything you do;
• You are action-oriented and you like taking initiatives;
• You are looking for solutions and you are managing towards results;
• You have a structured approach and you have good planning and organizational skills, you are able to drive others towards timely delivering quality input;
• You communicate clearly and effectively in cooperation with colleagues and lead partners;
• You are a hands-on person, result-oriented and quality-driven and you have outstanding analytical skills;
• You are a team player, but can also work independently;
• You are a strong networker, you get energy from connecting with people;
• Professional proficiency in Dutch, French and English is mandatory;
• You have excellent Excel and Power Point skills.
