Are you a recent graduate eager to dive into Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE)? Our QHSE Traineeship gives you hands-on experience across different teams within DEME, allowing you to explore various roles and contribute to real projects.


Your responsibilitie

sAs a QHSE Trainee, you will

  • :Rotate through different QHSE teams to gain a broad understanding of the field
  • .Assist in project safety, risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations
  • .Support the development of QHSE campaigns, training, and management systems
  • .Work on safety initiatives at HQ and various project sites
  • .Gain international exposure and professional development opportunities

  • leBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Safety, or QHSE-related field
  • s.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindse
