A Flemish based company in the Gent area, active in the food industry, is currently on the lookout for a R&D Manager. With this position you will be responsible for ensuring all the organisation’s research and development activities meet requirements.
As an R&D Manager some of your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing the research and development team
- Working in close cooperation with different teams and supporting efficient discussions with the marketing team.
- Helping new product development.
- Liaising packaging processes in line with product development.
The ideal R&D Manager holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and/or Food Science, with at least 7 years of management experience in the consumer product industry.
Fluency in Dutch and English are a must.
